Mike Murphy Rentals is a full service, owner operated rental agency. We believe in helping the local community find their ideal home. With over 750 units located on the East and West Shores surrounding Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we can assist you or your business in your search for a new home or office. We have numerous commercial spaces and residential properties for lease as well as properties for investors who may be looking for income opportunities.
Our office is conveniently located on Derry Street in Harrisburg, with plenty of free parking and is staffed with knowledgeable and courteous employees. Feel free to stop in if you have any questions.

Application Process:
A completed application with application fee is required if you are interested in renting a property. The application is available on the website or can be picked up at our office. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per person age 18 or older. You will need to provide proof of income for the most recent 30 days. To meet income qualifications, applicants' combined weekly gross income must near or equal to one month's rent. The application process includes a credit check, background check, and landlord reference. All lease terms are a minimum of one year unless otherwise noted.
